• Capital preservation together with maximizing absolute return is our principal goal. Of course a sufficient amount of Assets Under Management is required for our company to be profitable. However, too much focus on AUM growth would divert our attention too much and make us less flexible, thereby influencing our primary goal of high absolute return negatively. We strive to be the best, not the biggest.

• Clients always come first. If we serve our clients well, our business will certainly become successful.

• Our people are the most important assets of our company. To be successful, our people have to be professionally competent. Our standard of working will be very high, so that we are able to get the best people in this business, and reward them/let them share in the success. As the employees’ interests have been aligned as much as possible with our company’s interests, profit sharing will be part of the incentives, and a means to keep the best people within the company.
