Pieter-Jan
Husken (Dutch) was born in 1964 and graduated from the University
of Tilburg (the Netherlands, 1987) with a Doctoral degree in Economic
Sciences (Monetary Economy and Finance). After military services (1987-1988),
he joined the Investment Research Department of Amro Bank (1989, Amsterdam,
the Netherlands) as a portfolio strategist. In 1992 he joined Philips
Pension Fund (Eindhoven, the Netherlands) where he had sole responsibility
for managing the Japanese equity portfolio. In 1996 he was appointed head
of equities of Philips Pension Fund. He was responsible for managing the
equity team and the geographical allocation and performance of the equity
portfolio of the Philips Pension Fund as well as other Philips Pension
Fund clients (through Stichting Schootse Poort). In 2000 (January
August) he took a sabbatical leave. In September 2000 he rejoined the
equity team of Philips Pension Fund managing the Far Eastern ex Japan
equity portfolio. In October 2001 he left Philips Pension Fund to establish
Aster-X Capital Management B.V.

Marc
Voncken (Dutch) was born in 1965 and graduated from the University of
Technology of Eindhoven (the Netherlands, 1988) where he studied industrial
engineering and management science. After his military services (1988-1990),
he joined the Investment Research Department of Amro Bank (1990, Amsterdam,
the Netherlands) as a sector equity analyst. In 1994 he joined Philips Pension
Fund (Eindhoven, the Netherlands) to become a portfolio manager responsible
for European equity portfolios of the Philips Pension Fund as well as other
Philips Pension Fund clients (through Stichting Schootse Poort). In October
2001 he left Philips Pension Fund to establish Aster-X Capital Management
B.V.

Jan
Stam (Dutch) was born in 1959 and graduated from the Free University
of Amsterdam (the Netherlands, 1986). In 1990 he obtained his chartered
accountant degree and in 1993 his chartered financial analysis degree. In
1985 he joined Hoogovens Group (Corus) where he worked for the Internal
Auditors Department and the Pension Fund. In 1989 he joined the Amsterdam
Stock Exchange (Compliance Department as Deputy Head). In 1997 he joined
Oudhof Effecten N.V. (a Dutch broker) as Managing Director. After the acquisition
of Oudhof Effecten N.V. in 1998 by Kempen & Co N.V. he was managing
director of Kempen Capital Management N.V., where he was responsible for
finance, operations and risk management. In 2001 he joined Talpa Capital
B.V., a recently established private investment company in the Netherlands.
In January 2002 he left Talpa to establish Aster-X Capital Management B.V.

Alex Veerman (Dutch) was born in 1973. In 1998 he joined PVF where he worked at the back-office. In 2001 he joined merchant bank Kempen & Co. N.V. in Amsterdam where he was part of a team responsible for various activities at the Operational Services department. In August 2005 he joined Fortis Bank N.V. in Amsterdam where he worked at the Corporate Actions department. He left Fortis in March 2007 to join Aster-X Capital Management B.V. |

Siegfried Kok (Dutch) was born in 1975 and holds a degree in International Financial Economics from the University of Amsterdam. In 2000 he joined Kempen Capital Management N.V. to become a portfolio manager responsible for the management of European Large cap equity portfolios for investment funds and institutional clients. In 2005 he joined ABN AMRO Asset Management where he was responsible for European equity portfolios. He left ABN AMRO Asset Management in 2007 to join Aster-X Capital Management B.V. as a portfolio manager/analist.

Erwin
van Zuidam (Dutch) was born in 1973, and graduated from the Erasmus
University in Rotterdam with a Master of Science degree in Economics in
1999 (specialisation: Financial Business Economics). In 1996 he joined the
Equity Research Department of Fortis Bank (formerly MeesPierson), where he
covered the Wholesale Trade sector and the Internet sector. In 2000 he
joined Petercam, as a Senior Equity Analyst. He left Petercam in 2003 to
join Aster-X Capital Management B.V. as a buy-side analyst.
